Semolina's high protein and gluten content help pasta keep its shape while cooking, making it ideal for pasta-making. Semolina can also be combined with other flours, like our Hard Red Spring Wheat or Sifted Soft White flours. Additionally, Semolina has a course texture similar to Corn Meal can be used interchangeably in various uses such as porridge or corn bread.

We recommend that all of our flours are stored in a cool dry place. If stored at room temperature, this product will remain fresh and flavorful for up to forty days from its “milled-on” date. To extend the life of this product for up to one year, we recommend transferring the contents of this package to an airtight container and storing in your refrigerator or freezer.
