At Millies, we make everything from scratch, including our ice cream. Our 'Roman Al Taglio' style crusts are cold fermented for 48 hours - resulting in a crunchy exterior and a soft, pillowy interior. Our thin crust, Chicago tavern-style crusts are cured for 24 hours, and is crispy, slightly chewy, and cut into squares.
